Floora is a pelvic health and recovery application created by Dr. Loretta Barry, DPT, designed to support women during pregnancy and postpartum. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Floora app.

By using Floora, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

Email address — used to create and manage your account
Profile Picture — stored to display on the app and the admin dashboard.
Password — stored securely using encryption. We never store or see your plain-text password.

Health & Program Information

Recovery plans and exercise programs assigned to you by your clinician
Sessions you have viewed or completed
Progress data within your assigned program

Technical Information

Device type and operating system (collected automatically for app functionality)
App usage logs such as login timestamps and feature interactions

We do not collect: payment information, GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone data, or any data from third-party platforms or social media.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the Floora service:

To create and manage your account
To display your assigned recovery plans and exercise programs
To track your session and exercise progress
To allow your clinician (Dr. Loretta Barry) to monitor your recovery journey
To maintain the security and functionality of the app

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your data to any third parties.

4. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II compliant.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data in the following limited circumstances:

With your clinician — Dr. Loretta Barry can view your progress as part of your care
With Supabase — as our secure data storage provider, subject to their own privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy
If required by law — in response to a valid legal request, court order, or to protect the safety of users

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third-party marketing services.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

7. Children's Privacy

Floora is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the app. Your continued use of Floora after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
